How does the Christian faith interact with the latest discoveries in astronomy, and in science generally? What habits of mind can we adopt to engage fruitfully in the face of strident "scientific" atheism and Biblical literalism? Our speaker will share a personal story of doubt and fear along his journey, explain some features of the James Webb Space Telescope and its discoveries, and encourage students young and old to explore God's world with confidence, humility, and joy.

Arnold E. Sikkema is Professor of Physics at Trinity Western University and Executive Director of the Canadian Scientific & Christian Affiliation
